About Us
　 JINGXINYA (京新亚) and JINXINYA (金新亚) S&T Ltd. were found in year 1997 and 2002. JINXINYA was converted to U.S.-China joint-venture company on March 2005. The company headquarters are located in Beijing and Los Angeles. We have exclusive Chinese market distributorship agreements with Mercury Medical, Clarus Medical, Cooper Surgical from the U.S. and Tumed GmbH from Germany, as well as distributorship with other companies in the world. The medical devices and instruments distributed in China are mainly in the fields of Anesthesiology, ICU, Ob/Gyn and Operation Rooms.
